RETURN POLICY
RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@titantreksports.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged)
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@titantreksports.com.
SHIPPING COSTS
